This is a solicitation for the preparation, shipment, and off-site disposal or recycling of hazardous and other waste for USCG Base Kodiak in Kodiak, Alaska. Performance of the services must be completed within 60 days after the contract award. The evaluation will be based on best value, where technical expertise and experience with hazardous waste handling in Alaska are more important than price. Offerors must demonstrate specific Alaskan hazardous waste management experience and provide evidence of a valid EPA license. A firm-fixed price for the entire effort is required.
