The due date for quotes is not extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 31140PR250000194 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-05 Effective: 08/07/2025/2025 The NAICS Code is 562111. This acquisition is being solicitated on a full and open competition basis. USCG Base Kodiak has a requirement for Lead Contaminated Debris Pick-up and Disposal, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Service Contract Labor Standards are applicable. The fill-in for FAR 5.222-42 is Supply Technician, GS-7 (plus hazardous differential) USCG is seeking a firm-fixed price quote for these services. The period of performance requires a shipping plan within 30 days, with shipment no later than 90 days from the date of award. Quote pricing shall be provided as follows: CLIN 0001 QTY 12* SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS CLIN 0002 QTY 1 SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS CLIN 0003 QTY 1 SUPERSACK LEAD CONTAMINATED DEBRIS *Please quote unit price for CLIN 0001 up to 12 Supersacks. The government may not award all quantity 12. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition.
