If so, please provide a photo or drawing of their final desintation location. Response 1: Containers need to be delivered to Base Kodiak. Exact location for their placement is unknown at this time, so no photo or drawing is available to release. Question 2: Suppliers are stating that all containers are foreign built. Please confirm if Buy America applies to this solicitation. Response 2: FAR 52.225-1 (as noted in FAR 52.212-5) is applicable to this requirement. Any quoted items must comply with this clause. END OF SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 31140PR250000152 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The executed purchase order will include clauses in effect through FAC 2025-04-05 Effective: 06/11/2025 This acquisition is being solicited via full and open competition. US COAST GUARD (USCG) BASE KODIAK has a requirement for: QTY: Six (6) - One (1) trip, high-cube shipping containers, approximately 40 feet long, 8 feet wide and 9 feet 6 inches tall. ALL CONTAINERS MUST BE THE SAME COLOR. No exceptions to this requirement will be made. Items shall be delivered to USCG BASE KODIAK, Shipping & Receiving, Bldg 26, Albatross Avenue, Kodiak, AK 99619 within 90 days after award. Quotes MUST include shipping to this address. FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. FAR 52.212-4 and addenda to FAR 52.212-4 apply to this acquisition. Addenda are: 52.204-13, 52.204-18, 52.252-2, 52.204-23 (HSAR DEVIATION), 52.204-25 (HSAR DEVIATION).
