To be considered equal, the equally proposed product/subscription must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: Product must include solo or multiplayer interactive fitness games that use the body as a controller. Product must include at least 2 large HD screen displays (no less than 55” each), Gaming PC, motion sensor(s), cabinet to house screens, wireless keyboard, and 12v power supply. Screens must be able to mount securely to wall and have tempered protective glass Product must be capable of a hardwire internet option. Product must be capable of being used by all ages, and all fitness levels, and individuals with physical and mental disabilities/challenges. Product must promote muscular endurance, mobility, and balance. Product must come with no less than 15 games, with the option to receive new/replacement games on a regular basis (not longer than every 6 months). An annual service charge for software updates, new games, and remote service/support is acceptable. Contractor is not expected to install the product but must provide step by step installation guide and remote assistance for local staff. Contractor must provide virtual step by step training for staff members to use the system. In addition, contractor must provide a digital guide. Contractor must provide all hardware, software, cabling, and equipment to properly run the system. Include hardware/software, installation, training for facility staff, and shipping of material all as separate line items on quotation. Contractor must include a minimum of a 1-year warranty on all parts, equipment, and troubleshooting assistance with hardware and software. FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable, inclusive of options.
