The executed purchase order will include clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 Effective: 05/22/2024 This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. US COAST GUARD (USCG) BASE KODIAK has a requirement for: Qty 1 - GORMAN RUPP - 4" VALUPRIME - DIESEL ENGINE, Part Number VPA4A60C-3CH1 FT4, Brand Name or Equal Qty 1 - GORMAN RUPP BATTERY FOR VALUPRIME, Part Number 29331-524, Brand Name or Equal. To be considered equal, the items must be equivalent to the purpose & function, size, RPMs, capacity, and performance specifications of the brand name. Items shall be delivered to USCG Base Kodiak, PO Box 19500, Kodiak, AK 99619. Quotes must include shipping to this address. FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission.
