No. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials (including paint), transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the paint and floor maintenance in the below listed units: SCOPE OF WORK: Work consists of preparing and painting, surfaces (i.e., walls, ceilings, doors, closets, kitchen, trim, and molding, on interior surfaces of the housing units, bulkhead/cellar ways, bulkhead/cellar steps, basement walls and basement floors. All exterior storm doors and all entrance doors and trim shall also be painted. Garage entry doors and walls in Flat Top units finished garages shall also be painted. Exterior doors (aluminum): White latex paint Interior doors: Eggshell Walls: Eggshell Trim: Eggshell Ceiling: Flat ceiling white Basement: The basements are to be painted to include all previously painted surfaces in basement.
