This specification details the requirements of residential trash collection service at USCG Housing unit onboard U.S. Coast Guard Base Cape Cod’s housing area Nantucket. All services are to be performed in a professional workmanlike manner per International Mechanical Code (IMC), NFPA 96 and other applicable NFPA codes, and International Fire Code (IFC). The contractor is responsible for all equipment, tools, transportation, materials, labor, supervision, and all other services necessary to complete the work of this contract. All work is to be completed IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS), contract clauses and SCA Wages provided herein. These services shall be scheduled and inspected by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). This will be a base year plus four option year solicitation.
