This project requires the removal and replacement of an existing HVAC package unit at Building 38, including the supply and installation of a new vertical package unit or approved equivalent, with all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision. Work also includes replacing framing and siding above the units, protecting/relocating a vertical platform lift as needed, performing startup and pressure testing, and obtaining permits and inspections. The contractor must field-verify all site conditions, provide manufacturer startup documentation and manuals, and restore all disturbed areas to an acceptable finished condition. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation, with non-cost factors assessed on an acceptable/unacceptable basis and the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal selected.
