This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. See the attached documents for more information. Amendment 01 is issued to provide answers to submitted questions. Question #1: Is this a minimum wage bidding? Answer #1: Service Contract Labor Standards apply to this action. A copy of the wage determination for the place of performance is attached to the solicitation. Question #2: Would [the contractor] sign a [government] agreement, or would [the government] sign [the contractor's]? Answer #2: the government shall issue a signed purchase order to the responsible contractor that provides the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. A signature from the contractor shall be required to form a binding agreement. Amendment 02 is issued to extend the solicitation period. The closing date is changed to 30 June 2025 at 1:00 PM PDT.
