Scope of Services: This Scope of Services is written to acquire the services of inspectors that are commissioned by the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) to perform inspections and repairs of boilers and unfired pressure vessels located at USCG Base Portsmouth 4000 Coast Guard Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the attached Statement Of Work. Base Year: 08/01/2025 thru 07/30/2026---OY#1: 08/01/2026 thru 07/30/2027---OY#2: 08/01/2027 thru 07/30/2028 Scheduling Work and Site Access: All work shall be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM unless specifically agreed to by both the Contractor and the Coast Guard facility. Scheduling of Inspections, Surveys and Tests shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be coordinated with the Facility Engineering Representative at the Coast Guard facility.
