Providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to install 30K BTU split ductless heat pump system or equivalent for UPH Micro-Mart. System will comprise of one 30K BTU ductless heat pump with mounting, two matched 15K BTU cassette ceiling mount air handling units, appropriate lines sets (line hide system), tamper proof wired thermostat. This system will be installed at USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703. ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCOPE OF WORK*** All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting bids.
