The estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204 . The estimated start date is two weeks after contract award. The solicitation closes on April 12th at 1700 EST, and we anticipate the award will be made within one week. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and permits as required for the renovation of multiple spaces at 213 Tree Fern Dr. Chesapeake, VA 23322 as per the attached statement of work. All bidders must conduct a site visit on April 9th from 0900 to 1400 EST, in order to verify any/all quantities and dimensions before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Hayden Heyer 757 375 1183 Gary.h.heyer@uscg.mil. If a site visit was conducted for solicitation 31040PRQ240000126 between the dates of March 15th and March 29th then a new visit is not required. A new quote however, must be submitted before April 12th at 1700EST. If a subcontracting company is being utilized, the awarded prime contracted company must have a project manager on site for the duration of the project. No travel expenses will be allocated. Award will be based on the best value vendor who best meets the following evaluation criteria: Price, ablitilty to meet all project requirements per the scope of work, and past performance.
