The estimated start date is two weeks after contract award. The solicitation closes on March 29th, and we anticipate the award will be made within two weeks. The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required for the renovation of multiple spaces at 213 Tree Fern Dr. Chesapeake, Va 23322 as per the attached statement of work. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities and dimensions before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Hayden Heyer (757) 421-6289 Gary.h.heyer@uscg.mil. All site visits are to be prearranged a minimum of (3) days in advance.
