GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required for the repair to damaged 4” water line and associated 4” valve located at USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the scope of work.
