The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is estimated at $39K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base C5ISC 4000 Coast Guard Blvd. Portsmouth, VA 23703. The project specifically consisted of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and license as necessary to excavate, identify the leaking water main pipe then repair/replace the leaking pipe then back fill as necessary in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective Contractor/Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wage determination can be check at SAM.gov | Wage Determinations. Davis Bacon Act applies.
