This requirement is being solicited as RESTRICTED to all Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) plans to award contract for replace boilers for building 49 located at U.S.C.G. BASE ELIZABETH CITY, 1664 Weeksville Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909,. The NAICS code is 423720. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-04. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this solicitation and are applicable.
