This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for the Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the services at the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) Richmond Heights, FL. The Government will award a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous (Best Value) to the Government, Best Value. Cost and Past Performance factors will be considered when selecting the award. EXAMINATION OF SITE: It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that bidders carefully inspect the workplace and verify factors necessary to complete the job.
