Submit proposals and pricing on the attached SF1449 to the point of contact, Michelle Myhra. IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and must have an active SAMS UEI number to submit bids. Registration on sam.gov is free. Site tours will NOT be given for this project. Start date for project is the week of February 12, 2024. All questions about the project and proposal submissions shall be provided to contracting specialist Michelle Myhra at michelle.m.myhra2@uscg.mil. The questions will be posted herein on SAMS for all to view.
