The Scope of Work is attached along with the applicable FAR clauses and Wage Rates. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria. The requirement for a person that is certified by the International Society of Arboriculture shall be present throughout this contract. Has been removed from the SOW.
