Further description of service is describe in SOW. Bids will be analyzed according to LPTA (lowest price and technical acceptability) criteria. We are not looking for a written proposal (non-price information) in response to this solicitation; instead a quote (price information) will suffice; pricing sheet attached. IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and must have an active SAMS UEI number to submit bids. Site tours will NOT be given for this project.
