Provide Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) to witness category 1 and category 5 elevator testing on 7 elevators at United States Coast Guard Base Seattle IAW the attached Scope of Work. QEI must be certified National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities (NAESA). Bids will be analyzed according to LPTA (lowest price and technical acceptability) criteria. IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and vendors must have an active SAM UEI number to submit bids. Registration on SAM.gov is free. Period of Performance for project is August 28, 2023 to September 8th, 2023.
