IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and must have an active SAMS UEI number to submit bids. Registration on sam.gov is free. Site tour is being offered on August 07, 2023 at 1000 a.m. location is Base Seattle 1519 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98134 building 7. Tour is recommended, but not required to bid. To access base, potential vendors shall email Michelle Myhra (Michelle.M.Myhra2@uscg.mil) and Kim Swanson (Kimberly.J.Swanson@uscg.mil) with the following information: drivers license number with state, legal first name, and date of birth. This information is needed by Thursday, August 03, 2023 COB (close of business) in order to access base for the site tour. Start date for project is the week of August 21, 2023. All questions about the project and proposal submissions shall be provided to contracting specialist Michelle Myhra at michelle.m.myhra2@uscg.mil.
