Bids will be analyzed according to LPTA (lowest price and technical acceptability) criteria. This solicitation is unrestricted. We are not looking for a written proposal (non-price information) in response to this solicitation; instead a quote (price information) will suffice; pricing sheet attached. IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and must have an active SAMS UEI number to submit bids. Regristration on sam.gov is free. Site tours will NOT be given for this project; interior and exterior picktures provided.
