Coast Guard Base Seattle Medical, Barracks, and Hazmat divisions. It will be a five year contract (base year and four option years), with a start date of April 1, 2023. Further description of service is describe in SOW. Bids will be analyzed according to LPTA (lowest price and technical acceptability) criteria. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) discharge facility permit is required when preforming this service; provide copy of permit at time of bid submission. IAW FAR 4.1102 SAM registration is required and must have an active SAMS UEI number to submit bids. Site tours will NOT be given for this project. Locations are described in SOW.
