Description of Work The objective of this effort is to resurface parking lot surfaces that have sunk and created potholes. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and management and any other items necessary to perform the services required to resurface the parking lot surfaces marked out. The contractor shall furnish services in a manner that provides superior customer service and well-maintained facilities that present a healthy, clean, neat, and professional appearance Patch 250 sq feet of asphalt in red sections. (see attachment) Overlay 1,000 sq feet with one tenth of asphalt yellow section. (see attachment) Overlay 3,000 sq feet with one tenth of asphalt blue section.
