Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits required for the removal of the existing HVAC equipment and the supply and installation of two (2) new Bryant 96% 40,000 BTU up flow, two-stage gas furnaces (Model: 926TC30040V14) with associated accessories and system modifications at Coast Guard Station Bodega Bay. The new system will be installed in accordance with local mechanical codes, manufacturer specifications, and applicable labor compliance requirements, including prevailing wage provisions.
