USCG Station Marathon Repair Asphalt and Ground Repair
This is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price construction contract for asphalt and ground repair at U.S. Coast Guard Station Marathon, located at 1800 Overseas Highway, Marathon, FL 33050. Work includes cutting and milling damaged asphalt, removing debris, replacing it with FDOT-approved hot mix asphalt, and sloping for proper drainage. The contractor must start work within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed and complete all work within 30–60 calendar days of award. The project magnitude is not to exceed $20,000, with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and liquidated damages of $150 per calendar day for late completion. Award will be based on best value, considering technical acceptability and price reasonableness.
