ICE ERO is issuing this RFI/Sources Sought to gather market information for planning purposes and to assess strategies and possible set-asides for once-a-month shredding services at its Dallas location and sub-offices, as detailed in the attached draft SOW; it is not an RFQ or a commitment to issue one. Interested vendors would furnish labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and removal of shred bins for that recurring shredding requirement under NAICS 561990. Respondents are encouraged regardless of business size and should provide POC/UEI/CAGE details, socio-economic status, a brief capability statement, prior relevant experience, feedback on the draft SOW, and certification of their resources, capability, and willingness to meet the SOW requirements. Responses are limited to three pages per submission and will be used to inform the government’s planning and set-aside determination. The government will not pay for information or administrative costs incurred, and submitted information will not be returned.
