The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to explore Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) case management system solutions to replace its outdated, internally developed OCC Document Manager application. This system is used by the Office of Chief Counsel to securely track and store highly sensitive legal documents and related metadata. Respondents are asked to submit a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), capability statement, references, and a draft review of the Statement of Objectives.
