The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is requesting quotes for 40 each of a NSN 4720-00-289-1409 nonmetallic hose assembly, a 50-foot JP5 fuel preheater hose with brass reusable compression fittings, specified under MIL-PRF-370K. Each hose assembly must pass hydrostatic proof testing, have continuous electrical bonding, and be individually packaged and marked to strict military standards—standard commercial packaging is unacceptable. Delivery will be to the USCG SFLC Baltimore Receiving Room, Building 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must be registered in SAM and possess a valid DUNS number to be considered.
