ICE ERO seeks a contractor to provide a temporary detention structure and integrated medical structure capable of safely housing up to 100 detainees of all security levels within an existing detention facility in a contractor-proposed area. The structures and services must comply with the current Performance-Based National Detention Standards 2011 with 2016 revisions, American Correctional Association requirements, and applicable DHS/ICE policies and procedures. The contractor must deliver turnkey housing and medical capabilities, including double-bunk configurations, flooring, self-sustaining utilities, and all necessary systems, equipment, supplies, labor, infrastructure, and support. The temporary structures may not tie into existing water, sewage, electrical, or other facility infrastructure unless expressly authorized by the Government. The contractor is responsible for installation oversight, management, supervision, trained personnel, materials, supplies, licenses, permits, and purchasing/maintaining ICE Health Service Corps furniture, fixtures, medical equipment, and initial and ongoing medical supplies.
