This is a sole source contract action to Reedville Rental, at 17700 SE Hwy 19, Cross City,FL 32628 – Dixie County for the monthly lease of four (1) Mobile Home Unit (MHU)and three (3) Travel Trailers lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to placetemporary housing units for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Heleneand Milton. Per the Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18months from the Presidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and10/11/2024 for Hurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
