This is a sole source contract action to Glen Ellen Mobile Home Park, at 2882 Gulf To BayBlvd, Clearwater, FL 33759 – Pinellas County for the monthly lease of two (3) MobileHome Unit (MHU) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporaryhousing units for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene andMilton. Per the Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18months from the Presidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and10/11/2024 for Hurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
