USCG Engineering is requesting on behalf of ESD Base Boston to replace the flooring throughout their work space, offices, and main hallway. ESD is and IT and Electronics department that run out of the Engineering Building located on Fort Wadsworth. Within its space holds several computer stations, equipment lockers, a kitchen, and other various material. It is the intention of this scope to acquire a Flooring Replacement Contractor to remove and replace all existing flooring listed herein. The contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, and equipment needed to lawfully remove and dispose of, and replace all VCT, Carpet Tile, Transition strips, and Cove Base etc. throughout the locations listed in Attachment 1 and this scope.
