Devastating severe weather system tore through parts of Ohio on March 14 2024 leaving behind significant damage and impacting local communities and structures accross various counties. FEMA is providing emergency assistance to applicants throughout the Presidential declared (May 02, 20024) area in the counties of Auglaize, Crawford, Darke, Delaware, Hancock, Licking, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Richland, and Union Counties.. As a result, it is expected multiple individual facilities will be opened within days or in the forthcoming weeks. Amongst others, these facilities will be a Joint Field Offices and a Call Center. These facilities are Federal Facilities and require a minimum level of professional amenities and settings immediately upon opening. A short term, temporary conference rooms occupancy contract is needed immediately as the General Services Administartion has indicated they cannot swiftly accomodate FEMA's request due to the lack of readily available, suitable and leasble spaces in the affected area. A Sole Source contract is urgently needed to fulfill this requirement.
