This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale. 7000 N. Ocean Dr. Dania Beach FL 33004. It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will take place at the location stated in part 2.1 and 2.2 and part 2.3 of the SOW.
