The scope of this work is on the USCGC H... CGC HEALY VARIOUS MOV COMPLETE OVERHUAL •1. Background. 03 Motor Operated Valve actuators are in need of complete overhaul due to current condition. •2. Scope. The scope of this work is on the USCGC HEALY and consists of the complete overhaul of 03 Limitorque L120-10 actuators. This includes: •2.1. Contractor to prestest actuator power, stroke, and functionality of all components. •2.2. The Contractor shall open and inspect assembly in its entirety. •2.3. Contractor is to document any damaged components and submit CFRs as needed. •2.4. The Contractor shall reassemble with new grease, new seals, new bearing and repaint. •2.5. The Contractor is to retest upon completion of assembly and provide test report to POC. •2.6. If any additional work is determined to be required to complete work, a CFR must be submitted with description and reason of work, as well as additional costs with a detailed cost breakdown. •3. Objective. The objective of this requirement is to rebuild 03 Motor Operated Valve Actuators. •4. Government furnished property- N/A •5. Place of performance- Vigor shipyard, Seattle, WA •6. Period of performance- 01 APR - 30 APR 2019
