The Coast Guard District Seven has a requirement to conduct examinations of cell phones, computers, and GPS units to support law enforcement and national security missions utilizing advanced acquisition methods such as In-System-Programing (ISP) and Chip Off. The Coast Guard currently does not conduct training on advanced acquisition techniques. The goal of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the required training necessary to develop skills covering in-depth operation and practices using ISP and Chip Off methods. Looking for a vendor to provide training to 3 of our US Coast Guard members. 2. Scope The contractor shall provide qualified instructor(s), equipment, tools, classroom / lab facilities and instructional materials etc. necessary to conduct an eight day combined operator /maintenance training for 3 students. Objective: The objective of this acquisition is to acquire technical training to perform extractions from devices with eMMC and eMCP memory. The course content shall include but not limited to performing forensics on memory chips and hands-on practical and theory presentations that encompass proper and safe chip removal and data extraction. The course shall also cover soldering skills.
