The purpose of this order is to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) through the provision of an Oracle Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) renewal and additional Oracle software licenses. The Contractor shall provide the annual renewal for continued software maintenance of the existing Oracle ELA, additional Oracle software licenses, and maintenance. Oracle software licenses are required to ensure Oracle based environments are managed by Database Administrators within the organizations under the FEMA CIO. Additionally, continued provision of the Oracle ELA is beneficial to FEMA by providing enterprise-wide coverage, which will ensure that FEMA employees and support personnel have legal access to any Oracle product deemed necessary to successfully support the FEMA mission.
