Provide all equipment, material, and labor to accomplish utilization of the ILS on their server and remediate any issues reported by the FLETC library staff via the SirsiDynix support help desk ticket portal. The Contractor's expertise and guidance shall be made available to library staff with technical support, operational support, contract support, financial and legal questions regarding the use of SirsiDynix web-based software subscription services. Contractor shall provide maintenance services for all of the web-based software subscription components of SirsiDynix, to include Sirsi Core, CloudSource Open Access, Enterprise, and Enriched Content on their server. Contractor shall provide software updates as requested through the SirsiDynix support ticket portal, as well as correcting any software issues on their end as reported by the FLETC library staff.
