LINE ITEM: 0001, QTY: 11, Open, Inspect and Report on the following Parts: QTY 11, OEM Part Information: National Stock # 5840-01-628-3408, OEM Part # T5365A, CG Assigned Part # T5365A-25WATT, Part Description: QUANTAR BASE STATION, VTS CONF. See statement of work (SOW) for detailed specifications. All items returned must follow the material and packing requirements. See Section 5 of the SOW. LINE ITEM: 0002, QTY: 11, Ship and return all repaired and BER units to the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SLFC). All items returned must follow the material and packing requirements. See Section 5 of the SOW for details. Period of Performance: To be determined. The award resulting from this solicitation will be issued as FIRM-FIXED. The award will be made to the Offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation. Lowest Price will be determined by the Quoted Firm Fixed Price for Open, Inspect, and Report and Shipping. If estimated repair prices are quoted, they will not be included in the initial determination. The closing date and time for offers is 09 June 2023 at 5:00PM ET.
