REQUESTING PART # 400-AVEZ, no substitutes at this time. LINE ITEM: 0002, QTY: 1, Each, Shipping: All units must be shipped to Surface Forces Logistics Center at the Address below in accordance with the SFLC ICP Packaging Requirements Document attached to this solicitation. Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Bldg. 88, Baltimore, MD 21226. Place of Performance: Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Bldg. 88, Baltimore, MD 21226. Period of Performance: Preferred delivery is 45 days after date of award.
