This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05. This solicitation is a small business set aside under NAICS 811219, Other Communications Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Line Item 1: Quantity 5 EA, Part # AM-2321/SIA; Open, Inspect, & Repair (OIR) the AM-2321/SIA Audio Amplifier for the U.S. Coast Guard Announcing/Alarm Systems Maintenance (ASM) Program. Please see Statement of Work (SOW) and Packing & Marking instructions attached to this posting. Lite Item 2: Shipping to: United States Coast Guard (SFLC) 2401 Hawkins Point Road Receiving Room – Bldg 88 Baltimore, MD 21226 The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order. All proposals submitted shall include cost breakdown, unit price, extended price, payment terms and discount offered for prompt payment. The closing date and time for offers is 29 APRIL 2022 at 3:00 PM EDT. Email quotes are acceptable and may be e-mailed to the POC Cora B. Good, Contract Specialist, cora.b.good@uscg.mil. Anticipated Award Date for the purchase order is no later than 1 JUNE 2022; this date is an approximation and not exact.
