This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2121301PCV456. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million in annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236115; Home improvement (e.g., adding on, remodeling, renovating), single-family housing, general contractors. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price. Deck Replacements - Single Family Homes - USCG Housing Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin as per statement of requirements. Proposal must include wage rates that meet or exceed the federal standard per the Service Contract Act (See Attached). Past Performance reviews are required with quote by subpart 42.15. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
