This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2121301PCV375. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside (FAR 19.5).The small business size standard is $39 million in annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237990; Drainage project construction. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. Renovation of facility drainage for USCG Station Portage as per Statement of Work. Please e-mail Request For Quotations (RFQ) to SK1 Vance P. Hughes; vance.p.hughes@uscg.mil A standard itemized proprosal is acceptable. Proposal must include wage rates that meet or exceed the federal standard per the Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations (See Attached). Past Performance reviews are required with proposal by subpart 42.15. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or establish willingness to register with System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. FAR Clasuses 52.237-1 Site Visit and 52.237-2 Protection of government buildings, equipment, and vegetation are applicable.
