This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2121301PCV086. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). The small business size standard is $41.5 Million in annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 213112 - Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations. The contract type will be a fixed firm price agreement. Fuel Equipment Maintenance and Repair for USCG STA ST Clair Shores as per Statement of Work. Please e-mail request for quotations (RFQ) to SK1 Vance P. Proposal must include wage rates that meet or exceed the Federal Standard per the Service Contract Act - SCA (View Attached). Past Performance reviews are required with proposal by subpart 42.15. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be more advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or establish willingness to register with System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. FAR Clasuses 52.237-1 Site Visit and 52.237-2 Protection of government buildings, equipment, and vegetation are applicable.
