The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: prep, prime and paint all previously painted surfaces; work includes painting of concrete, wooden or metal doors, and repair minor concrete defects. Period of performance is 45 working days from award. Lead Paint Removal Qualifications. Personnel shall have all the required safety and environmental training and licenses required by Federal and State Regulatory Agencies (EPA & EQB) to work with lead-based paint.
