Housing is composed of both detached and duplex units. All units have a multisplit air conditioning system composed of outside condensing units and multiple evaporators. The quantity of condensers and evaporators varies for each house. We are pursuing the establishment of a corrective maintenance service contract for the HVAC units. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, parts, equipment and labor necessary to inspect, maintain, and complete repairs to the various HVAC equipment located at the Base Detachment Borinquen Housing Complex.
