PART 1 – General: United States Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater is requesting to purchase new air compressor with installations. The compressor is required to be Ingersoll Rand 2-2545E10-P two-stage duplex piston air compressor. Installation required with purchase. The POC is: MAT4 Jeffrey J Timberlake, Jeffrey.J.Timberlake@uscg.mil Facilities Engineering Maintenance Manager PART 2– Location: U.S.Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater 15100 Rescue Way Clearwater, Florida 33762 PART 3 – Facility Operating Hours: The facility shall remain in operation throughout the service. Contractor access to the service site shall be limited to the following: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the site shall not be permitted on the weekends without prior written approval from the Contracting Officer (COR). PART 4 – Security Requirements 1. Contractor shall provide a list of names to the Coast Guard POC for access to the base. 2. All personnel shall present ID to the security personnel at the entrance to the base. PART 5 – Contractor Responsibilities: 1. Building name and building number: Facilities Engineering Building, #7912 2. Deliver and install new 2545E10-P Ingersoll Rand air compressor. 3. Installation requires electrical, plumbing, and heavy lift. 4. Some disassemble required to get through door way. 5. Final test of operations. PART 6 – Final Inspection and Acceptance: 1. When the contractor has completed all of the work, they shall notify the Coast Guard (COR) for a final inspection. If the work is accepted, the contractor shall submit final invoice to the Coast Guard (COR). "End of Scope of work"
