1.1 Scope of Work: Rental of 1 combo shower and restroom trailer. Trailer shall have 2 restroom and shower stalls each to include lights, heat, AC, sinks, toilets, showers, vanity, mirrors, waste rece... 1.1 Scope of Work: Rental of 1 combo shower and restroom trailer. Trailer shall have 2 restroom and shower stalls each to include lights, heat, AC, sinks, toilets, showers, vanity, mirrors, waste receptacles, paper towel holders and soap dispensers. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, set up all connections and test that the shower & restroom trailer works properly before departing, initial supplies, and pick up and the end of the rental term. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, required for the rental. 1.2 Electric, Water and Sewage: Shower & restroom trailer shall be compatible with 110/120volt 20-amp non-GFCI breaker(s) for electric source for the lighting and AC. For the heat source it can be electric or propane gas. If heat source is propane, contractor shall provide the propane gas tank(s) and shall be filled at the time of the initial set up. One normal garden hose for water supply shall be provide with initial set up. Trailer shall also be well insulated. Sewage shall be pump out once a week for the period of the rental and shall be included in the monthly rental amount. THIS WILL BE ADVERTISED AS: BASE YEAR PLUS ONE OPTION YEAR
